I have a 700R4 tranny in my 5.0L 92 RS. When i race in auto drive the car shifts kind of early, but today i used the manual shift. does going from 1st to 2nd to auto drive mess up your tansmission? Im not planning on doing this often but during a race its so much fast being able to string out my RPMs. So the question is will this tear my tranny up or is it ok for once in a while races?
