Well, I finally got my new clutch in...started her up today and whine, whine, whine from the tranny. Also eally hard to go in gear. Whinig does not stop with clutch open or closed..just constant. Clutch is also very touchy
I'm maybe thinking throwout bearing?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

do you hear the noise when moving or just parked?

What did you replace when you installed the new clutch?
Did you install a whole kit and have the flywheel turned?
Hydraulic or manual linkage?

 

sounds like poss. throw outbearinig. really only thing moving all the time. does the trans grind going into rev. if so clutch/press. plate issue

 

hauled to the shop....had to go out of town and I figured I'd let someone else curse at it. I'll post what they find
