A different design for torque arm mount

Was searching on Ebay for something and stumbled across this.

The torque arm mount design looks interesting however I'm not sure I like the 2 mounting points idea. I suppose it depends on how the front of the torque arm is attached.

The torque arm mount is different than what's listed on their web page

I've seen that before, or something VERY much like it...

Looks OK, except that it's incompatible with the floor pan. I guess it'd be OK in a race car, but wouldn't be too pleasant in a street-driven one.
