I was wondering if I could get pictures of the shifter linkage etc correct for a camaro in our year span and installed on the trans. Mechanic told me my shifter linkage is screwed up and I need a new one. Didnt know if thy were universal or specific for a certain car

 

This is about the best I could get tonight... 2AM, in boxers, in the front yard, crawling under the car... LOL, I just had to get some use out of this new camera I got today!

I'm not sure if this is the area you need to see, I was just sticking my arm under there snapping pics, and this was about the best I got... Post back if you need more, and I'll get some tomorrow... In the daylight... while I'm dressed.

PS. This is from a 90 RS 305 TBI w/ 700R4.

 

Yeah. I never crawled under my car cause of the weather so Im not too sure what he was even talking about. I know the shifter cable is new because I had to buy another one but I think he said that the linkage or whatever was screwed up
