Hi everyone. I finnaly got my tci th350 swap done with some fabricating, and I have a few questions. What shifter should I use, my stock one works but it is very sloppy. We have played with the cable some and it's still very loose feeling. Also there was no vss connector so now I have no speedo and a code 24. The car still runs great, I'm guessing the effects are minimal but I would like to get the light off and maybe have a speedo. I have been searching the forums and I'm not seeing what I might need. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.

 

not sure about the vss but just go get the B&M mega shifter. Its alot nicer than the stock and with the new tranny its better to have a shifter with nice positive stops in it. Are you talking about vss or tcc connector. I could be wrong but I would assume that the vss on the tailshaft is just like a cable speedo and you can remove it and install it in your new shaft. I dont know to much about that stuff because, well i have an 82 and it had a cable driven speedo which has been switched to an autometer vss speedo. Sorry for the lack of help but as for the shifter, that one is very nice.
