700r4 to th350 ?
the 700r4 is sliping in my 91 trans am and thought about putin a th350 in it. im just not sure if putin th350 in the car will mess with the computer and mess around the tpi injection. If i took the 700r4 out of the car and put a th350 in it will it affect the computer and the tpi unit?

Taking out the 700r4 will not affect the computer. I have my 700 in my 92 unwired and have no trouble at all. The 350 is not a direct bolt in, the drive shaft is a differnt size and the cross member is in a different location.

you will also need a new torque arm, or a th350 with a 9" tailshaft
