Does the T5 in a 1990 Trans Am sit on an angle like 83's?
my mechanic is swapping an 83 T5 for an 89 i never asked him how he's doing it yet, is it compatible? does the 90 sit on an angle aswell? i had to order a new bellhousing but i think its jus a new stock one.

Yes, same angle. Are you changing the '83 over to a hydraulic linkage? Thats the only reason I can see for changing the bellhousing, unless yours was broken or something?
