700r4 no 2nd gear

manual valve body shifts 1st,...,3rd,4th theres no second gear, but it also doesnt rev up it just stays in 1st. Could this be my intermediate sprag? or something else. Ive driven the car about 5 times just testing things out for about 10 mins at a time. with the new trans.
