moser 12 bolt noise

moser 12 bolt noise

shortly after driving my car around when i do a slow tight turn i hear a banging noise out back seems to be coming from both sides, what would cause this? i have mobile 1 75/140 and i added a bottle of gm slip additive a while ago.
