It will fit the only issue you will have is if it has traction control and you will have to make the E-brake work.

And that the fourth gen diff is about 2" wider on each side so your factory rims will stick out.

Yep -- for what its worth though, that rear end from that car will have the Zexel/Torsen differential in it, which is a pretty good unit. Its a LSD, but since theres no clutches, it lasts considerably longer and is a bit stronger than the normal LSD in the 7.5".... that part would definitely be worth keeping even if you dont use the whole rear end.
