1990 700R4 lost OD...

Car: 1987 IROC Z/28 Camaro
Engine: 355
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt w/ 4.10s
1990 700R4 lost OD...
So I suddenly am not able to get the transmission to drop into od. If I leave it in od, it upshifts and downshifts properly through all gears, but I can't get 4th to kick in. If I am going fast enough in od, the rpms will drop way down to where they should be in od if I am completely off the throttle, but its like it slips back to 3rd when I gas it.
Any ideas?
