tko 600 new neutral???

Car: 1986 camaro z28
Engine: 350sbc
Transmission: TKO 600
Axle/Gears: stock axle with 4.11's
tko 600 new neutral???
i just got my new tko 600 today...its in neutral but i cant spin the shaft freely all the way around only goes a little bit sounds like its hitting something inside...anyone have a tko that can answer whats going on...do they put some kinda of block on it to keep it from spinning during shipping??
