is it worth it with my mods in my sig

That's kind of an odd way to upgrade.. you swapped out the stock 10 bolt rearend for the 9 bolt, but now you want to go back to the 10 bolt again, so you can run 3.73s?

As to whether it's worth it, probably not. 3.27 is a pretty decent ratio to begin with, and with the steep 1st gear in the 700R4, all it's going to do is hurt your traction and give you maybe a tenth or two. You are still using long runner TPI, so you probably aren't making all that much top end HP.
