I don't know who has the best but I used one of B&M's Supercoolers.
It came with all the fittings and parts needed for the installation and then some.
The stacked plate design of the B&M units offer better heat dissipation and is less prone to damage.
If you have AC I would recommend one of the slimmer 3/4" units for an easy fit on the front of the condenser. With the 3/4" you can sandwich the unit between that and the crossbraces.

i bought a permacool with a fan for oil and trans. cost a good bit, 180, but it's a good part and will keep everything cooler.
