I am going to Carlisle next weekend for the fall show. I want to look for a rear end (possibly...hopefully from a 1LE) with the disc brakes. What tips can you guys offer to find a good one? I know that they should be the 7 5/8: instead of the 7 1/2", and that they will have the 28-spline axles, but what else? what other identification will i need to look at? I am more concerned with quality/ease of conversion than gears because i plan on getting it rebuilt with new gears anyways. Any and all info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
