Unknown problem with 700r4

Hi, I am new, and though I do not own a camaro ( I have a 65 chevelle), I do have a camaro tranny. I have been having trouble getting help with my problem, so I thought I would try here.

My 700r4, being only 2 months old, is having troubles.

What is happening is a varied range in my shift points and pedal feel. The culprit has something to do with the tv cable, and./or what it is attatched too.

When the car is off, the tv cable is tight and th screw adjustment for the line is right where it should be. When I turn the car on, and press on the accelerator, when I let off the cable does not come back all the way. It is loose. Then if I shut the car off, the cable gets rid of the slack and goes back to where it should be.
WHAT could cause this?

The next thing that is happening is that when the car is in gear, the transmission makes some sort of noise. One that sounds like when you rattle a loose bolt in a bolt hole. This does it not at a constant tone, but at a varying tone, like start stop starrrrt stop. Now, what is weird is that I can make this noise go away by pulling on the cable to the left or right slightly.
What could cause this?

Lastly, Is there much difference in the cooling efficiency of a radiator tranny cooler vs. a stacked plate b&m supercooler?
not in conjunction with each other, but seperately.

Thank you for any suggestions,
Tim
