What type of converter do I want?

Lock up or non-lock up? Also, I have a 1992 Z28 5.7 TPI, with a few mods, and the stock converter. What size should I go with? 2500? 3000? 2800?

Thanks

What you think my 1/4 will do? down 4 10th's?

And do you think it will kill my tranny (the trans has over 137K on it now)?

What kind of mods have you done and what ET does your car run?
Depending on your mods, I would go with a 2600 stall Vigilante.
You definetly want to stick with a lockup unit.

I bought a Turbine Technologies 2500 stall lockup converter for less than $199. It goes in this week for the M5 event in Stanton, Michigan.
