I just want to know what needs to be done to put a LS1 aluminum driveshaft onto a stock 700R4 and stock10 bolt rear? I hear they are direct bolt in? Is this true? Are the u joints on the LS1 driveshaft the same as my steel original? Do mods need to be made or can I literally just take out the old one and use it as a baseball bat and replace it with the LS1 driveshaft?
