I ahve been looking for one for my 91 RS. they are really ahrd to find. REALLY hard. the problem is that they are illegal to sell, so i hear. since they have the odometer on them, its considered milage fraud or whatever.
i have seen one on ebay in the past year. thats all..just one. you can get the 110 speedos everywhere if you look hard enough, but the 140s are tough.
liek a year ago, i posted this same question...someone replied by saying to check this place out. its called GW Motors. I'm not sure where they are located, but they said to give them a try. their number is (724) 847-1703. try them out. if they have what you need, let me know.

Hey, Guys,
Will a 145 cable-drive speedo work in your cars, or are they electronic?

I thought all the 91Z's came with 145 speedo's. Mine is gear driven on my 87. I found this out when my dash electronics went out a couple of weeks ago. The speedo still worked because it was gear driven.

I found a place that claims he can re-calibrate and re-build your speedo to a 145 mph one. He also re-builds tachometers as well. The resource is called "The Clock Doc" (800) 256-5362. The owners name is Bill. I found him because he is also the only person that has the parts to repair the center console clock that was an option until 85 in Camaros.
