I am removing my computer controlled carb and distributor. Will the computer still control the torque convertor if I leave it hooked up How does the computer control the tourque convertor is there any way to just leave the computer hooked up with out having to buy a lockup switch?

Hook the Tqconvert control wires into the acsess port a-b,this will force the computer in to trans test mode,the only draw back to this is the minus value at VVC causing some slight variations in the data codes ...but hell .....nothing else matters
