Axle/Gears: 3.23

700r4 to th350 conversion

I just bought a th350 to put behind my new motor. My question is what does this swap entail?

Is it a unbolt 700 and bolt up 350 thing or is there more to it?

I do not know jack about doing this so any and all info will greatly be appreciated!
