Hey guys... On my way back from work today I noticed that the tranny shifted a lot harder. It got progressively worse as I was approaching home where it would only shift around 5500 from 1st to 2nd and around 4500 from 2nd to 3rd. At WOT it shifts just fine. Looked at the fluid... a little low. Put a half of quart in and it came back up to the hot level on the dipstick. However it didnt cure the problem at all. From what I read so far, it sounds like I have either a bad or sticking governor or a sticking TV cable. What do you guys think it is ? This tranny only has 3000 miles on it. It was a warranty rebuild. Thanx

Sounds like the TV Valve is stuck in the valvebody, wich isn't too uncommon for the 700R-4. You can try re-adjusting it and see if it doesn't free it up.
