rear swap ?? about brake lines.

I'm swapping ina 4th gen rear in place of my 9-bolt, the felxible rubber hose was just cut from the 4th gen rear. Should i just unscrew the hard lines from my 9-bolt or add a piece of hose on with a fitting to the main hardline? Don't know much about hydraulics stuff.

Your 9-bolt hard lines won't work on the 4th Gen rear end. You will either need to hook up the rubber flex line from your 3rd Gen to the 4th Gen axle or get a 4th Gen one to tie into your hard line at the body. Sorry, I am not familiar with the 4th Gen flex line attachment method itself. Good luck, Lon.
