Please help with my rearend ----STOP LAUGHING

Have you stopped laughing yet???
Seriously, I have a rearend from a 1988 3rd gen iroc that i want to rebuild before I install it in my 1987 iroc. Problem is it's an "Austrailian 9 bolt" everyone i've talked to tells me they are junk....i can't even find a book on them to give me specs for the limited slip.
I know the rear is good (used to be in my car pre-crash) but it didn't always hold posi so i wanted to fix before transplanting....HELP!!!!!!
I have it all apart but i don't know if the parts are worn or not...i've never been inside this type or rearend before (stop laughing)
any info will help
Deogey

You want help with your 9-bolt? There is a tech article on rebuilding one on this website, check it out.
