Vibration:

I am having an intermitting viabration coming from the rear of my 91 Formula. The intensity of the vibration tens to vary sometimes based on temprature, however, most of the time it's completely random. Sometimes 70 is smooth. Other times it viabrates. The tires are fairly new and recently balanced. I am thinking my axl shafts are bent.

Is this a common problem? I had an 87 with the same problem. I replaced the shafts and reduced, but did not eliminate the problem. I do not abuse the car, or do burn-outs. The car has 70k and has been well maintained throught it's life. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

William

Ujoints are ok. Viabration seems to come from throughout rear. Drive train feels smooth.
