Good transmission/converter for up to 500 HP?

Engine: 2.0L 4G63 Turbo
Transmission: 5sp transaxle/transfer case
Good transmission/converter for up to 500 HP?
I was looking at a Turbo 350 with a 300 stall coverter.
When my engine upgrades are complete I expect to have around 450 to 500 horsepower; will that setup handle that much horsepower or should I go with a Turbo 400 or 700R4?

if you don't have any thing go with the 400. a 9 inch would be good to have too.
