700r4 Electronic or non?

I have a 84 Z28 with OD trans,Buying a shift kit but not sure if it is electronic or non.I am guessing non but anyone know for sure?
It's the original tranny.

if i'm not mistaken 700r4's weren't switched over to electronic control till @93 but an 84 should be non-electronic
