I'm thinking of putting a th350 in the place of my 700r4. What I need to know is if I get the changeover thing for the torque arm will the driveshaft need to be a different length? I'm guessing that a short tailshaft 350 is the same length as the 700.

 

The 700R4 is the same length as a long 9" tailshaft TH350 (within a 1/4"). The short 6" TH350 needs a driveshaft from an 82/83 with a 200C tranny.
