speedo gears... are they all driven by grey 15 tooth?

i'm trying to get this all down into a Quick reference list. I have seen in 2 other posts that the 3.42 and 3.73 ratio rear use a 15 tooth grey drive gear. is this true? Also the driven gears are 41 (yellow) for 3.42, and 45 (lt blue) for 3.73 , GM codes.I was told by GM that i needed a 17 tooth (red) for the drive on the 3.73 I don't know which is which but once i do my speedo will be on track and i will have a complete book of tranny codes speedo gear/rear ratio combinations for everyone. The FAQ section on here lists a lot of the gears for automatics. We need one for the 5-speeds.

Yes, and it needs to be added to the FAQ section.

the drive gear is a purple 7 tooth, P/N 14071731, and the driven gear is a orange 21 tooth,P/N 14090582. The orange one was discontinued 2 years ago. It could be had with the sleeve P/N 14090594. Also disc. The purple is still available for 8.00 at the dealer. The other one THE SHAGGY IROC

The 7 and 21 tooth combo is for T5's. He's asking for 700R4's.

I knew that, i was getting the 7/ 21 p/n for the t-5 , i was also trying to confirm the 15 drive and 45 driven is actually for 7r4 with 3.73. Also I was needing clarity on the 15/41 tooth for 3.42.
