I think that is the one with the "better than vette" servo. I think it would be a little to hard on the street if that is the one Im thinking of. I have a B+M shift kit with the vette servo and mine shifts very "firm"- chirp, bark. Everyone here will tell you to go with the transgo shift kit and youll probably get mixed opinions on the vette servo.....but I would reccomend it, it did miracle for my trans.

Most guys here like the transgo kit and have had good succes with it. But I have used the products from Fairbanks and I love 'em. The servo, upshift sleeve kit (for 3-4 WOT shifts) and the service is great. I'm not a daily driver though, mostly for the weekend but if you don't mind the firm shifts, go for it.

I have the Fairbanks kit with the big servo and love it. Just play with the t.v. and gov. and it's very streetable.

I had my tranny (actually a 89) rebuilt by them about 4 years ago and I have had absolutely zero problems with it.

Yes the shifts are firm, but not too bad. I bet my 3000 stall converter isn't helping, but I don't mind. As long as your TV cable isn't adjusted too high, it isn't bad at all. And I never worry about breaking this thing... well, almost never!
