difference in driveshafts?

Transmission: 700r4
difference in driveshafts?
Is there a difference between a 5 speed driveshaft and a auto driveshaft? I want to swap a T5 for my 700r4 in my 86 Firebird and need to know if I need a different driveshaft.

Transmission: T-5 (Non-WC)
Axle/Gears: Limited Slip 3.23's
Alum shafts, 10085375 / JG1, will work with both mans and autos, so I ASSUME that a steel shaft would fit as well.

Axle/Gears: 12-Bolt 3.73
Driveshafts are the same for all thirdgens with overdrive transmissions.

what about the V6 and V8 driveshafts? the the V8 one bigger? i am putting a mildly built 350 in my bird, and i would hate to twist the driveshaft in half when it hits second.
