TorqueConverter higher stall?

I have a 91 RS V6 Camaro, that Iam currently
swapping out engines and transmissions on (V6 to V8 swap). I purchased a 1968 010 vettemotor (350 small block) from my father. Estimated horsepower on the engine is around 350 horses.
I'm swapping in a 350 turbo tranmission (on a buget). What are the advantages of putting in
a higer stall torque converter over stock?
I'm pretty Ignorant as far as torque converters go!

JUST DO IT!! Sorry for yelling.
To be honest I've never heard of anyone regretting putting in a higher stall convertor.
I've got mine going in next week-- a 2800 Vigilante! Can't wait.

you'll be happy with a 2400 to 2800 stall

Yeah you'll probably be happy with a 2800. You said you weren't familiar about what a higher stall does?
In a nutshell it allows the revs to come up higher (into the powerband) before it starts spinning the input shaft in the trans. Also usually offers higher torque multiplication when you hit it.
Hope this helps.
