I just put in a new clutch. I also put in a new throwout bearing. There is a chattering noise coming from the bellhousing. I think it is the throwout bearing. Why is it doing this? If I lubricate It better will it stop.

Yes, Please describe chattering. If you can locate it's source it isn't the normal clutch chatter which shakes the car down to the very core.

It only chatters when the clutch is pushed in and it doesn't do all the time.
