The other day I had to scrape frost of the windows so I opened the door and started the car (86 IROC, 305 TPI and 700R4) while standing outside. I noticed that when the engine started, the car "rocked" forward slightly (similar to the movement you see when you put your foot on the brake, put the gear selector in P, shut off the engine, and take your foot off the brake). I've never noticed an auto-tranny car do this before. Am I that unobservant, or could there be a problem?
