T-5 clutch issues...
Recently, my clutch started to feel funny and kinda stiff and then it got hard to shift, then shortly after it stopped shifting. So i replaced the slave and master cylinder, which were both in pretty bad shape, and throwout bearing, because the clutch only has 2,000 miles on it. I Bled the clutch and put in new dot3 fluid and now it feels soft at first and then gets stiffer, but the trans will not go into any gear, at all. When the clutch isnt pushed in the throwout makes a squeeky noise, even though i greased the crap out of it. The clutch fork is moving and still doesnt go in gear. Could the pressure plate go out after 2,000 miles? someout said my clutch fork could be bent, but i dont understand how a piece of plastic could bend thick metal like that. Any ideas what's going on?

did u replace the pilot bearing? that can throw every thing out of alignment and not opperate smoothly. almost sounds like u need to rebleed the master/slave could be air in it yet.

i would rebleed the master.. if bleeding correctly one would see movement out of the slave once enough air is out. an inch or so movment. have to refill the master every time after u crack open the bleeder valve. if master is not refilled it will lead back to air in the line. will have to start all over and take longer.
i just blead mine a week back and works fine.. but i used 2 people to do it instead of a vacuum pump.
pump up, bleed, close bleeder, refill master. my brother assisted me with this .. he was under the car opening and closeing the bleeder valve.
the clutch pedal should feel stiff.
bleeding with out a vaccum pump u have to hold the clutch pedal down to the floor when bleeding. DO NOT LET GO. you want to pump it 8-10 times hold then bleed. it should move slightly closer to the floor when bleeder is open.
i don't own a vaccum pump and i was bleeding my clutch late night. to late to get a loaner.

Re: T-5 clutch issues...
I didn't replace the pilot bearing, and i think my pressure plate is unevenly worn and my clutch disc is glazed. I'm just going to pull out the tranny again and just replace everything i didn't. Which is just the plate, pilot, and disc, everytihng else has 0 miles on it.
About bleeding the clutch... I am aware of that, that's how i did it, the problem isn't the hydrolics(sp?), i guess the pressure plate is messed up so thats why it felt funny.
I'll post again if anything goes wrong.
