Are my richmond gears too noisy??

I had 3.73 richmond gears installed and they are really loud, but thats not the problem, I dont think they were installed right. They are vibrating the car at high speeds and when i come to a stop i get a low pitched, i dont want to say griding noise, but it kinda sounds like that. Will this noise ever go away, or does my pinion gear have to be adjusted. I know richmond gears are notorius for their noise.... but it sounds to me like there is more to it than just the noise... Luckily I have a really loud stereo system to keep me saine! Thanks for any info! Im about to take it to a mechanic to see if it needs some adjusting before they wear in wrong.... Please help me save some cash!!

Probably already worn in wrong, if the gears are making the noise. My richmond 3.73's have always been quiet. You put in all new bearings(axle, pinion, carrier) when you had the gears installed? You also check for the proper pattern on the gears and checked backlash?
