9 bolt posi rebuilable

My borg-warner 9 bolt posi's great in a straight line, but if you apply power in a turn it clicks rhythmically. Being an autocrosser this is annoying. Will I have to replace the entire differential. How hard are good 3 series carriers to come by?

Nearly impossible to find... but they are re-freshible. I think there are a few in the archives (do a search) that talk about how these are clutch style or something...
