what is needed for posi. and how is it installed explane it to me like im a 2 year old

 

you need a posi carrier ,just pull the axles ,unbolt the old carrier, swap the ring gear and bolt up the new carreir, keeping the shims in the same location. if you have to have this explained to you like you're a 2 year old maybe you should get some one to work on your car with better understanding and skills. it's not rocket science, but you can mess up some important parts just the same. good luck
