best shift kit for the buck?

I was looking at B&M transpack for $49. Worth it? I have a stock 700r4. WIll it kick me around like a red-headed stepchild, or should I just bag it?

I once had a B&M shift kit. Untill it ruined my tranny and had to buy brand new one. For the short time that I did have the shift kit I was not inpressed at all for how much I paid for it. Although I got the whole rebuild kit they offered. After rebuilding the tranny and dumping about 400 dollars in part with out the kit it lasted a whole two weeks. Well worth the money. Not to say B&M shift kits are worthless, but I have heard from many people that they did damage their trannys also. This is after my tranny already went out. But it could also be that my abilities where no that great.

From what I hear the TransGo kits with the servo is the way to go. B&M is a half-baked idea of a shift kit.

Trans-go does the shift kit right, B & M does it half-**** backwards.

Definitel go for the Trans-go, you wont be disappointed.

I carry the Trans-go Performance Shift kit ($75.00) & the Corvette servo ($15.00) & both boost valves, .500 main boost valve ($10.00) & the .296 intermediate/reverse boost valve ($15.00). Give me a call at 800 7763288 Mon-Sat 11-7 PST.
Hope this helps!!!
