AT full thottle my 700r4 willnot make the second to third shift until I let up on the thottle some I have four other Iroc owners with the same problem 85-89. THANKS FOR ALL RESPONSES MR. KIDD

There are a couple of things that prevent this (2-3 shift from happening) especially with some miles. If you have this problem & everything is still stock, then try the Trans-Go Perf Shift kit along with the large boost valves & Corvette servo. In most cases this will solve the problem, this is assuming that the sealing rings & seals are in good order, and the 3-4 clutch pack is not glazed & that there is not too much clearence in the 3-4 clutch pack. The Trans-Go kit will raise line pressure & triple the amount of oil going to the 3-4 clutches. This in most cases solves the problem.
