auto to 5 speed swap.....

I currently have a 700r4 auto in my 92 Camaro RS. I am picking up a 5 speed car that I might get the 5 speed with. I want to take all the good parts from my 92 and put it in this new 92 that I am getting. IS there anything i should know with swapping out the transmissions? Will it work with my computer, or do I need to use the one that is in the 5 Speed? My car runs and drives now with the 305tbi and I was going to put that motor in this 5 speed car that was also a 305tbi at one time. Do I have to change out the wiring harness too?

No need to change your wiring harness. You might want to put the 5 speed chip in your computer, but even that's not totally necessary. The link Alloy posted should answer most of your concerns.
