when i installed the b&m shift kit i accidentally ground too much off of the blocker rod if anyone if familiar with these kits so now i have a small gap which im sure caused me some sort of previous problem. in order to fix that with out putting another rod in i have temporally put the stock valve body spring back in. does anyone know if this would cause my car not to shift out of 2nd and completely not go into reverse. i have made sure i have the proper amount of tranny fluid and the tv has been reset several times and the first time i installed the kit i accidentally put the 1-2 accumulator piston in upside down and it bent th separator plate and cracked the piston. i put in a new piston correctly this time but could that have damaged something on the inside of the tranny that could be causing my 2nd and reverse problem
