Need help with bleeding procedures

Ok, I'm trying to bleed my clutch right now. I have the bleeder screw in, and when i unscrew it to let fluid out, it come out a pinhole, not through the top of the screw. I added the bleeder screw since there was this cap in there.

Do I still use the same procedures as bleeding the brakes, or do i just let it come out the pinhole and screw it shut????????
