I got the numbers off my rear end, now where to find..

I got the numbers off my rear end, now where to find..

i got the numbers off my rear end but now where do i go on the net to find what ratio i have?

350 60 over, TRW forged 9.83:1 pistons,Hooker Comp headers, crane cam 216/228 .484/.512, crane 1.6 RR's, ported plenum, home made ram air, 24lb SVO injectors, crane AFPR, all going through 3 inch mandrel pipe and a flowmaster.
New project-89 IROC-Jamex Springs...and thats just about it till summer!
Soon- 6 speed, Pro 5.0 shifter and 4.10's

Transmission: 700R4
I don't think it's on the internet... my Haynes 82-92 manual lists "most" of the codes for all the years. '82-'84 is in the regular "rear axle/suspension" section, '85-'92 is in the very last chapter, "Supplemental for '85-up cars".

Then again, Haynes didn't list the code for the 3.73/posi/disc axle that I put into my car... go figure.

ok these are the numbers i got off the rear end just above the driveshaft.

Car: 1989 Firebird Formula
Engine: Internal Combustion
Transmission: Completed
Axle/Gears: ones that turn.
Look on the forward part of the passenger side axle tube...stamped into it will be a sequence of numbers and letters like this: 2KG C343 2. Post up the first three digits, and someone can tell what the original ratio was in the rear end; in this case - 2KG equals a 3.08 open axle.
