Monte ss Rear?

Monte ss Rear?
Ok guys this is probably a very stupid question, but I have an open 2.73 in my rs right now. I can get my hands on a 3.73 posi from a 87 monte ss. I know they are the same rearends, but will it be a direct bolt in. I have a feeling it won't, but i thought i would ask.

nope the torque arm isn't on the monte. you can swap the internal parts, carrier and all to yours.
