What size Stall tourque should I put in?

Well I finally ordered a new 350 to put in my 86 TPI Iroc. I was wondering what size stall should I go with. I have a 2040 Crane Compu cam in it and the matching valve springs. The car has 3.73 gears, headers, exhaust, pullies, MSD digital 6, nitrous, ADS superchip, you name it. do you have any suggestions for a size of stall?? 2800??? 3200?? Also does anyone have suggestions of what I can do to beef the tranny. I have a stage 2 B&M shift KIT and the corvette servo etc. as well in it.

Anywhere between 2400 and 2600 will work great with that cam and rear gear.

I believe the RPM range is 2000 to 5000.

I wouldn't go higher than 2800 RPM for the stall speed, unless you have slicks its going to be pretty hard to launch if you drop it at 3000+ RPM.

Thank you very much guys. I do run slicks. ET's 26 X 8.5 X 15's.

What exact specs should I go with? It is going to be a custom made one.

2500 or 2800 stall?

Thanks Again,
Jamie
