noise when i press clutch

hello, i have a camaro 87 350 carb, with a nwcT-5, and 2 days ago started to sound like grinding when i press the clutch (at random)soon as i release the pedal and the car starts moving it dissapears for a while, only sometimes when i stop and try to get 1st or reverse i got that sound and also makes kinda hard to shift, could it be the throw-out bearing?
thanks to all.
fernando.

That would be likely.

It could also be your pilot bearing. What happens when you push the pedal down far enough to make the t.o.b. hit the release fingers but not release the clutch?

actually its getting worst, it grinds now at all times and i can still hear it in 5th. gear. oil is fine (full) sounds like something is getting a lot of play, or bearings or gears about to go.
is there in the market an overhaul kit i can buy?
thanx...fernando

actually i have another T-5, but from a v-6, sure the input shaft is smaller, but i wander if the rest of it could be the same?
i mean the internal parts?
thanks again...
