Should i get a TKO-600 or a 12 bolt?

ok im going to be selling my old explorer and coming into about 3grand for it. Ive been wondering what i should get, a TKO-600 or a 12 bolt rear end. Any ideas? The T5 in my car is a junkyard with 100k-200k miles on it, and the current rear end was a factory 3.42 open that i put a stock gov lock posi in.
Thanks for the help.

I'd say the 12 bolt. You know that the 7.5 Gov Lock is going to explode behind that 383. I'd rather have the transmission break than the rear end. If the trans breaks you're not going to loose a wheel.

With ANY GM rearend C Clip Eliminators are a must imo. They are not super expensive but they will keep your axles in the housing in the event you have a carrier break.http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
