Good deal on T5?

I have the opportunity to pick up a good World Class T5, bellhousing, flywheel from same car, clutch fork, stock shifter, and new Master cylinder, Slave cylinder and reservoir for around $500. The tranny probably has about 50,000 miles on it.

Think it's a good deal?
