ok.. heres the deal.

yesterday i was driving the car, and i could give it gas, and about a second later the car would grab, and then go. it would shift like normal. just not as stiff.

Today i drove to work. and it was fine.

A little later today, i drove the car, and it won't shift out of 1st gear until about 5000RPM.

Is that my Tranny?
I really don't know too much about it, because honestly i sold the car to my brother and i haven't driven it in about 3 months.

but any imput would be appreicated!

Change the tranny fluid and filter IMMEDIATELY! I had the same problems when I pulled the IROC out of storage this spring. I went to an MFBA meeting with the car the same day I pulled it out. It was slipping and hanging in 2nd gear. Drove like *** ! LOL! I changed the fluid (dark color) and filter and now it is much much better. I know for a fact that the 700R4 is on its way out but the fluid and filter change bought me some time until I can get a performance tranny in its place.
